Football and rugby: Minimum 6 garments per design. Typical bespoke turnaround: 4–6 weeks once the design is approved.

Netball, hockey and basketball: Minimum 6 garments per design. Typical bespoke turnaround: 6–8 weeks once details are confirmed.
Cricket: Minimum 10 garments per design. Typical bespoke turnaround: 6–8 weeks once details are confirmed.

Plain stock: Non-personalised stock items are sent using tracked next-day delivery, subject to availability and dispatch conditions.

Dragons RFC: a partnership moving beyond 10 years
VX3 has supplied Dragons RFC's playing, training and leisurewear since 2018. In July 2026, Dragons announced a new multi-year extension that will take the relationship beyond 10 years, with VX3 continuing to support team kit, leisurewear and supporter ranges.

Weston-super-Mare AFC: one supplier across the whole club
In April 2026, Weston-super-Mare AFC selected VX3 after assessing multiple suppliers. The long-term agreement covers the men's first team, women's first team, walking football, boys' and girls' academy, alongside online and in-store retail.

AFC Henley: 450+ player kit rollout
AFC Henley reported that more than 450 players ordered VX3 kit bundles in June 2026 ahead of the 2026/27 season, with the club's online VX3 store supporting matchwear, training kit and additional club clothwing.

Manchester Thunder: kit, apparel and merchandise
Manchester Thunder extended its partnership with VX3 in October 2025, with VX3 continuing as official kit and apparel partner and also becoming merchandise partner. The club cited quality, innovation, customer experience and retail capability as reasons for extending the relationship.
