Design your own football kit using VX3’s football kit designer. Choose a base design, adjust colours and details, and add names, numbers and sponsors directly into the kit. Everything is fully sublimated, so personalisation is built in and nothing is applied afterwards. Some teams arrive knowing exactly what they want. Others just need a starting point. You can work through the builder yourself, or get in touch if you would rather talk things through with one of our in-house football kit designers before ordering.
Take a look at football kits created by VX3 clubs across the UK, including teams like Wimborne FC, Aveley FC and Barnstaple Town FC. These real examples show how teams use colours, patterns and sponsor layouts across match kits and training wear.
They are useful if you are starting from scratch or deciding how far you want to take the design.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Start in the football kit designer by choosing a base design, then adjust colours and details. Add names, numbers and sponsor logos directly onto the kit. When you’re happy, go to Your Final Kit to get a quote or download a PDF to share with your club, committee or sponsors. You can also print, email to a friend, or share the design for sign-off before ordering. Once the design is approved, production starts and your bespoke football kit is made to the final design.
-
When you click Get a quote, you’ll be asked for a few details so the team can price the kit and come back to you: Club Name, Location (for example Midlands or West Wales), Name, Email address, and a Telephone number. Once that’s submitted, we’ll review your design and respond with the next steps.
-
Not necessarily. Many teams design the kit themselves using the football kit designer and then request a quote. If you’d rather talk it through, you can contact the team and one of our in-house football kit designers can help before you order.
-
Most teams begin by opening the football kit builder and trying out colours, patterns, names and numbers. If you would rather talk things through first, you can contact the team and one of our in-house football kit designers can help you get started.

The minimum is 6 garments per design. Sizes can be mixed within the same design if players need different fits. This is something we deal with regularly when teams place an order.
-
Bespoke football kits usually take 4 to 6 weeks once the design is approved. If you need something sooner and it is a plain stock item, next-day delivery is available.
-
Yes. The kits are shaped for football rather than a generic cut. We offer tailored fits for different age groups and levels so the kit works properly for how the team plays.
