We use a DPD Next Day service on all orders, which is fully trackable and provides customers with an estimated delivery window via text and email. It is important to note that any clubshop and personalised orders still carry the stated lead times for personalisation to take place before they are dispatched.
We accept returns on all unworn, non-personalised items within 4 weeks. All club shop items containing a teams badge or emblem are classed as personalised, and so are non-returnable - with this in mind, please check you are ordering the correct size product before ordering.
